Before Musto & Daughter Real Estate purchased the community landmark in 2021, the center underwent extensive renovations and attained 90% occupancy under the ownership of drag racing legend Joe Amato.
The open-air center features over 194,000 square feet of retailers, restaurants, and professional offices, providing homes to more than 50 businesses. Busy State Route 11—South Wyoming Avenue—provides a traffic count in excess of 17,000 vehicles per day and is a major thoroughfare to the area’s 140,000+ residents.
